NEWTECONS ORGANIZES THE TITLE PROTECTION CEREMONY FOR OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEES
A key step in the process of organizing and developing prospective human resources is title protection. In addition to being a significant turning point in the careers of the staff members, this is also a chance for the organization to assess the work of its workers in the most transparent and impartial manner possible.
On October 13, 2023, the Founding Chairman, the Executive Board, and the entire management level attended the title protection ceremony that Newtecons Construction Investment Joint Stock Company successfully organized for two outstanding staff.
