NEWTECONS ORGANIZED A CEREMONY TO RECOGNIZE THE CAPACITY OF DEPUTY CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER – VICE HEAD OF DEPARTMENT
Newtecons arranged a ceremony in January 2024 to honor the ability of 20 employees who made outstanding presentations and were able to persuade the Evaluation Council in the title defense ceremony that was held formally and methodically earlier. On this special occasion, individuals received certificates from Executive Board representatives.
The Capacity Recognition Ceremony is one of Newtecons’ improvement initiatives designed to promptly recognize the capabilities and potential of outstanding individuals who are part of the Company’s elite group.

The Deputy Head of CCM, Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Huyen, spoke at the ceremony on behalf of the personnel who had been awarded competency certificates. She said, “My colleagues and I who are receiving competency certificates today pledge to complete established plans as well as work assigned by superiors. Simultaneously, we shall consistently endeavor to grow and better ourselves in order to meet the standards set by the Board of Directors and the Company.”
