NEWTECONS KICK OFF NEWSTAR CLUB IN 2022 WITH MANY “DYNAMIC” ACTIVITIES

NEWSTAR Club – Newtecons’ potential leadership club just announced its new Board of Directors and began its first events in 2022.

A new Board of Directors has been established at NEWSTAR Club.

NEWSTAR‘s mission are:
- Exchanging values, connecting and agreeing on a common goal.
- Expertise and talents should be shared, trained, and developed.
- Developing and growing resource employees by nurturing talents.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Thuy – Representative of the NEWSTAR Board of Directors presented about the club’s plans for 2022.

The meeting was place in a close and intimate atmosphere.

The Board of Directors’ and club members’ exchange program has received excellent comments. All members comfortably shared their feelings, discussed their struggles, lessons learned, and, most importantly, OPTIMIZE, CREATIVE solutions based on experience.

Mr. Tran Kim Long, General Director, wishes that the Newtecons team would constantly remain together and support one another as if they were a family.

General Director Tran Kim Long reminded the members about KINDNESS – INTEGRITY in all actions. Always maintain a cold head and a hot heart full of love, take responsibility for the company, consider work is the foundation, and success will come quickly.

THE POWER OF ONE – TEAMBUILDING CONNECTING THE POWER OF THE LEADERS

With the participation of more than 150 elite members, a teambuilding program was effectively conducted within the scope of outstanding and regular club events. To express the club’s attitude in 2022, the motto “THE POWER OF ONE” – the strength of a UNITED community, leadership, energetic, and always going forward despite obstacles – was chosen.

Movement games provide lots of laughs, moments of relaxation, and an opportunity to show off talents and humorous qualities that the members haven’t shown in a long time. Get “on fire”, dare to take on obstacles, and most importantly, teamwork is developed when playing games together using both intellect and strength.

These activities necessitate teamwork and the highest determination.

Gala Dinner allows members to converse, gather around the campfire, sing their favorite songs, confide in, and share their lives and professions with one another. All members can come closer to the Board of Directors, listen to shared orientation, and open to talk about issues and problems, lessons learned, and get to know one other through the program.

“The program is both enjoyable and beneficial, providing a valuable opportunity for the members to bond, cohere, and revitalize themselves after a difficult period on the construction site. I hope the program will be repeated more frequently, allowing all members of the Newtecons family to join and strengthen their bonds.” Vice Site Manager of Sao Dau project – Mr Dao Quang Huy enthusiastically expressed.

NEWSTAR members give each other hugs, hold hands, and sing the songs together.

The journey came to a successful end, leaving each member with special feelings, amazing memories, and new energy, as well as more love, more faith, and more strength for an exciting 2022.

In the early future, NEWSTAR continues its mission of “discovering and developing quality human resources; fostering excellent individuals who have full leadership qualities to become the Company’s core management force, contributing to the company’s stronger and more sustainable development”.
