NEWTECONS HONORABLE TO RECEIVE THE AWARD OF TOP 100 VIETNAM BEST PLACE TO WORK

According to vote results from the professional community network Anphabe, Newtecons placed Top 5 in the Architectural Construction industry of Large Enterprises in 2023 and was recognized as the Top 100 Vietnam Best Place to Work Award on November 23, 2023.

Best Place to Work in Vietnam is a prominent working environment award presented yearly by Anphabe, a pioneer consultant on Employer Branding and Happy Working Environment. The initiative was launched in 2013 with the support of the Vietnam Confederation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).

The award is based on the results of a series of completely independent Vietnam Best Places to Work surveys, which recorded objective opinions from 63,000 experienced workers nationwide, updating new trends in talent, human resources, and working environment; and measuring the Employer Brand attractiveness of more than 700 leading businesses from 18 different industry groups in Vietnam. To verify the fairness and impartiality of the results, market research firm Intage Vietnam validates the evaluation methodology and approach.

This is the second year in a row that Newtecons has won this prize. Throughout its 20-year history, Newtecons has always viewed people as the key to long-term development and has paid special attention to employee happiness.
