The Joint Venture is expected to continue investing in the Wínk-branded hotel chain in Hanoi, Can Tho, Tuy Hoa, Hai Phong and Vung Tau.

Indochina Kajima Development Ltd. has just commenced to construct the first Wínk Hotel in Da Nang which is the second Wínk Hotel in Vietnam after the Topping-out of the first project in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Wínk Hotel is located at 178 Tran Phu Street, the center of Da Nang, with 244 rooms with state-of-the-art technology and a different office service section according to the common working space model.

The Joint Venture is also cherishing the second Wínk Hotel in Da Nang, in which, according to plans revealed in the middle of last year, this project is located on Tran Hung Dao Street and is designed with 252 hotel rooms and 70 commercial apartments.

The second Wínk project in Da Nang city of the Central Region has an estimated investment of US$ 40 million but the Joint Venture has not yet said the commencement time.

Meanwhile, Wínk Saigon Center Hotel located at 75 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City with 237 rooms also has topped out and is expected to open in the third quarter of next year.

Mr. Peter Ryder said that the Wínk hotel chain is a project in the innovation and breakthrough plan in Vietnam real estate industry of Indochina Kajima – a joint venture between Indochina Capital and Kajima Construction Corporation from Japan.

“Following Wínk Saigon Center Hotel and Wínk Hotel 178 Tran Phu, Da Nang, we will continue to bring this high-end hotel experience to Hanoi and other cities like Can Tho, Tuy Hoa, Hai Phong and Vung Tau”, said Mr. Peter Ryder.

Wínk Hotel was designed by AW2, an architecture firm based in Paris, France, who has worked with Indochina Capital on projects such as Four Seasons The Nam Hai and Six Senses Con Dao.

Wínk Hotel is a brand operated by Indochina Vanguard Hotels, a joint venture between Indochina Capital, Kajima Corporation and Vanguard Hotels.

“With the Wínk brand, we want to change the hotel industry with a unique product, first appeared in Vietnam market,” said Michael Piro, CEO of Wínk hotel and CEO of Indochina Capital.
